Overview

What difference would it make if you - and your team - could find 40% more time?

AI is speeding everything up, except our ability to think clearly. We don’t need more effort.  We need more clarity.  Cutting through the noise to focus on priorities has become the new superpower.

Areas Covered in the Session

  • In this essential masterclass we’ll explore all the blockers to getting things done, that researchers call "productivity drag." This is the crazy busy chronic fiction that compounds to slow down operations such as unclear outcomes, inefficient meetings, poor communication, bureaucracy, lengthy decision-making, too many touch-points/sign offs and endless digital interruptions. Research shows we waste as much as 40% of our time in this way: days of precious talent being lost. Removing this drag is the vital bridge between strategy and delivery. It increases productivity and profitability per head
